Editing my profile

Below is a list of commonly asked questions which may help you. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to answer your query.   Who will see my profile?

  All users can view your profile by clicking on the Artist profile tab above your artwork.

• Q. 

  Can I change my username?

• 
  A.

  No, please choose your username carefully. Once saved, it cannot be changed. Your username will become your unique URL. It must be a minimum of 6 characters and can be letters or numbers, lowercase or capitals.

  Can I change my password?

  Go to My Account and select Change password on the left. Enter your old password, then enter your new password twice and click Change my password.

  I’ve forgotten my password, how can I recover it?

  Go to Login on the top left of the blue bar. Click Forgot Password under the Login button. Enter the email address you registered with. Click Reset my password. An email will be sent to you with new instructions.

  I’ve forgotten my username, how can I recover it?

  Go to Login on the top left of the blue bar. Click Forgot Username under the Login button. Enter the email address you registered with. Click Submit query. An email will be sent to you with new instructions.

  What is an avatar?

  An avatar is a small icon used to represent you online. 
Every time you comment on the BOA website or upload an image, your avatar will appear alongside your posts.

  How do I change my avatar?

  Go to My Account and select Edit profile on the left. Beneath your avatar, click Edit your Avatar. Choose your silhouette by clicking on one of our icons. 
Change your avatar colour by clicking the colour field to the right of the avatar selection. Have fun finding other avatars in your chosen colour!

  Can I upload my own avatar?

  Although you are unable to upload your own avatar, we hope you’ll find plenty of choice from our icon selection. Plus, you can choose your own colour to suit your personality. Have fun experimenting!

  Will I get my own BOA URL?

  Yes, your username will become part of your unique BOA URL. 
E.g. www.bodyofart.com/usernameYour username must contain at least six letters or numbers and no spaces. Please choose your username carefully. Once saved, it cannot be changed.
