Below is a list of commonly asked questions which may help you. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to answer your query.   How do I follow an artist?

  Click the Follow this artist tab above the artist’s artwork.

  How do I stop following an artist?

  A.

  Go to My Account and click on the Artists I’m following tab.
 Click the remove box beside each artist you wish to delete and click Update.

• Q. 

  How do I ‘favourite’ someone’s artwork or gallery?

  To favourite an image, click the Add image to favourites tab above, right of the artist’s artwork. To favourite a gallery, click the Add gallery to favourites tab above, right of the artist’s gallery.

  How do I remove images from my Favourites?

  Go to My Account and click on the green Favourites tab on the right? Tick the empty box to the left of 'Remove' and hit update at the bottom of the list.

  Can I contact an artist?

  Yes, to contact an artist, click the Contact artist link to the right of their artwork or gallery. You’ll find this link underneath Artist. You have the option to enter your telephone number if you wish. Enter your message in the box provided and click send. The artist will see your username and registered email and may contact you directly.

  Can someone contact me?

  Yes, users can click the Contact artist link to the right of your artwork or gallery. You’ll see this link underneath Artist.

  How do I report abuse?

  If you are the victim of abuse or feel a user is misusing Body Of Art by using inappropriate images or language you should report this by clicking on Report abuse to the bottom right of each image. Select Abuse category, enter your description and click send. BOA will decide what action to take in these cases.

  How can I feature on THE CANVAS?

  THE CANVAS will feature creatives of all calibres each week; including artists, art dealers, curators, gallery owners and artist models. BOA views every new member’s profile and will regularly approach artists for this feature.

  What if I don’t want to be contacted?

• 
  A.

  You can only be contacted by someone if they become a registered user on BOA and create an account. If you are experiencing problems from a user please report abuse to BOA and we can look into the issue.
