Denis Taylor- Painter- Born in Manchester UK.
I was enrolled into the Manchester High School of Art in 1962- From here I gained a commercial diploma in Art Design and Marketing from Ashton Art College. Having worked in the creative industries from 1970 I developed my own art and design company before selling this to establish a dedicated painting studio in Greece in 1989. After meeting my (now) Swedish wife Marianne I moved to Sweden in 1994 and opened a studio in Stockholm after two separate one-man exhibitions in the city centre. I was invited by the WORK organisation to become Creative Director where I designed and exhibited in four of their major shows. I was also selected to be the Creative Director for the Heart 2 Art (2002) seminal art exhibition for the Swedish Government Estonia Trust Fund (Steninge Palace Exhibition Center 2002).
I have exhibited in the UK also (Greenhall Whitley plc Art Tour 1990- Mulberry Gallery (the blue path revisted) Dorset 2005. And – Art Space 24 (retrospective) Manchester 2007.
My current studios are located in Southern Sweden (Skåne) which I established in the year 2000.
